        Always rude when you try to find out why things are happening that’s not post to be was approved for EBB and they keep saying I’m not will not give me my credit Telling me that I have to pay my bill was already approved before I moved, moved got re-approved andThey will not give me the credit back after I went back through the steps they say it doesn’t matter what the people sit on the website that I got approved on gave them all of my information and they just will not give me my credit something needs to be done about this place I’m taking steps for either just letting people know if they are jokes at spectrum
