        Just a few moments ago, I called 5Point CU. I wanted to inquire about the 5Point CU Bill Pay program, as I am considering moving my accounts to this CU. I waited forever for someone to answer. Then I was asked for my account no. I said I didn't have an account. Then I said I wanted to inquire about your bill pay program. Then I was asked, "So what is your situation. Then it was very obvious I had called the wrong place for lack of courtesy. I excused myself and i said I had to go. Courtesy on the other side of the call was not apparent. I just don't have time for a lack of courtesy. Maybe another day. So for today it's only 1 star.
