The apartments have no insulation. They get very hot especially when cooking during the summer. You are not allowed to have window unit A/C and the apartments don't have A/C. You can have portable A/C unit inside the apartments which can't keep up without insulation. Parking is horrible. The streets are all going to permit parking. Walnut allows parking but cars get crashed into constantly because it's a narrow road. You get 1 parking spot and at times neighbors have guests park in your spot. Or neighbors park behind your car and block you in. There is no pools or anything. The property is going to RUBS which makes you pay a share of utility with the entire property. My apartment has its own water heater and they are still wanting us to pay for the water heating of all other tenants on top of our own bill. I submitted a request for work on water heater. The heater only works on 2 setting. Really low where you can't get through a shower without the water going cold. Or too hot. I have toddlers and the water temp comes out at 131 The person told me that he would request the heater be cleaned but it wouldn't happen because the property owner only allows a certain amount to be spent a year on maintenance. 131 is a safety issue. It should have been addressed. They raise the rent 10% every year and already charge too much. You can hear your neighbors talking through the walls, having sex, and parties. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
