Wow how can they be closed all spring brake talk about putting the patient first. I hope they enjoy there spring brake as I look for a new doctor. I will no longer be going back i need a doctor that will go above and beyond for his patient and being closed for spring brake just says they are only worried about the employees enjoying there spring brake.

This practice is by far the best doctors office myself and my family has ever been to. They truly go above and beyond for all their patients. The nurses are nice and answer all your questions to the best of their ability. Mr Thompson takes his time, and explains things very well. And in a manner that you can understand. Anytime I need I can call and get results and refills almost immediately. Or I can log into my health spot app and see my labs and medications. Then call the office and speak to a nurse right away. The front office works very well, and checks me in accordingly. Answers my questions I may have on bills or payments they are asking me to make. Scheduling is usually done that day or the next. You never have to wait 1-2 weeks to be seen. Which is awesome! My old PCP would tell me I had to wait 2 weeks to get seen for a sick visit. And in all honesty I would just say this clinic all around is great. And is willing to do whatever they can for their patients. Even when the office is closed or the doctor is out. They always have someone there answering the phone. Which is plus. Because they can help you the best that they can. When not many doctors offices care.

This place is mediocre. Nurses are very friendly and efficient. Front receptionist is nice. The docs leave a lot to be desired. The other reviews mention Dr Thompson. He is not actually a Dr but a PA which is why he is called Mr. Thompson. My husband is his patient. Mr. Thompson seems to act like hes always in a hurry. The mail order pharmacy we use can never get in touch with the office. I always have to call them and have them reach out to the pharmacy. If Mr Thompson orders a test (blood draw, CT, etc) we have to google the results to make sure my husband is okay because there is never any follow up from him on the results. For example my husband had a CT performed July 12. Aug 15 we still hadnt heard anything from him so I emailed. No response. Sept 8 I emailed again and I am still waiting for a response today, Sept 14. The only reason we are still using this practice is because its the closest to our home. I probably wouldnt recommend it.
