I had my tractor towed to this shop. James was supposed to do an overhaul on my engine. My tractor sat there for 6 weeks before I drove it to a different facility. James continued to put the wait time on the machine shop. When I removed my tractor from their shop James gave me a bill for 1050.00 after I sat there for the entire day waiting to get my deposit back. On the bill he stated that they had to tow my tractor into the shop. But the employee told me they drove it into their shop 2 weeks prior. He claimed they couldn't jump start it on the invoice. But with the batteries being completely dead... it took maybe 20 minutes to get enough charge to jump it. He put 6 hours of labor on the bill, claiming that they diagnosed the tractor. I had a mechanic diagnose my tractor before I dropped it off at his shop. I told James what was wrong and that I wanted to get an inframe done. It took my mechanic 1-2 hours to diagnose the tractor and tell me that it needed an overhaul. James knew the issue, And the solution, when I dropped my tractor off, but they didn't bother to work on my tractor for 6 weeks. I had to remove them from the job, because after he told me the machine shop was finally ready for the head, he didn't take it to them. I found out when i went there the following week to check on the progress, that they were moving locations and was told my tractor would have to wait at least another 2-3 weeks. James couldn't even call me to let me know the situation, I had to physically go to the shop to get any updates from this man.

I caught owner charging me for the parts he didn't even install. Then he acted like it was a mistake.
