I cannot recommend this shop more! I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's birthday and she absolutely loved them. I put the address incorrect when ordering and they called to make sure they were able to fix my error. Fantastic customer service and kind and considerate people. The flowers were gorgeous and arranged so beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

if i could have left 0 stars i would have. the owner is horribly unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and childish. We ordered an arrangement for our grandfathers funeral and it was nothing like what we ordered. the arrangement was pretty but not what we ordered. when we reached out the owner came into the funeral guns blazing, ready to argue. she refused to redo the arrangement or issue a partial refund. she never attempted to understand where we were coming from. she even told me to put down my sleeping niece to feel how heavy it was. she completely disregarded us and our feelings. it was so incredibly unprofessional to be yelling at the grandkids of the diseased during the funeral service. save yourself the heartache and stress and skip this floral shop.

The customer service here is wonderful, and so are the floral arrangements! Michelle worked with our schedule and met with us on a day the shop was closed. They made the most beautiful arrangements for us in a short amount of time, for a great price. Highly recommend.
