    0/10 Would not recommend. Made an appointment & when I dropped my truck off I was told they couldnt get to truck for 2wks (why make an appointment). I was then promised a week later truck would be done. Wasnt. Wrong part ordered even after I verified they were purchasing the correct part. Fast forward 3 weeks later, truck still wasnt finished. No communication during that time unless I called them. I end up ordering, overnighting, & bringing them the correct part myself. Upon drop off of correct part, I spoke to owner, Stephen, in person at the shop & he assured me it would be done next day by 2pm. I get home 20 min later & receive a text from an employee (not Stephen) that said to come pick up truck that they couldnt get to it tomorrow after all. They were trying to charge way more labor hours than it really took on the little service they did in the 3 weeks. And to top it all off, they left greasy truck parts sitting in the carpet floorboards without laying down plastic or paper. Zero honest communication with the customer. Zero customer service, period.

    Honestly if youre own brother or dad had a shop youd still be crazy to pick them over LSM. Went to several different shops to get my wheels balanced and none of them could get it done but LSM. They fixed the suspension on my F-250 as well. #1 place in West Texas for youre aftermarket needs whether thats show truck, performance vehicle, or off-roading. This is the spot.

Hello, the Owner here! Your review is totally dishonest and malicious.Honestly I'm too busy to respond to stuff like this but being that you left us a 1 star review I'll give this a go! The only thing 1 star here is the build of your truck and your constant complaining about Tweety's who built your truck. Which was a red flag already we do not like to talk trash about other shops regardless of what happened. My employees had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning your truck out from the rotting watermelon you had in your backseat trash and more trash bags you had in your truck bed before we could even work on it, (Second Red Flag) its a fire hazard we had to clean it or have you pick it up and clean it yourself before bringing it back, it was a complete waste of our time, so your welcome. As for the "greasy" stain on your floor mat, that you so conveniently took a picture of to show but not the rest of your truck, that came from the used rear blocks that YOU brought us to install on your truck. Not from the ones we removed which were just dirt caked on. We worked on your truck and fixed your truck, we notified you that it was ready to be picked up. Your truck was in need of more parts to help improve the quality of your ride. You decided to go ahead and order the parts and leave your vehicle here at our shop to wait for your parts to get here. Not our fault your truck was here you chose it!! We still have obligations to our customers who made appointments ahead of time and had their parts ready to go. While we waited you continue to harass my employees about your truck not being ready. (Third Red Flag) Every conversation was a cry for your truck to anyone who answered the phone, you must go to the lake house this weekend to enjoy the lake so we needed to get your truck in and out before this weekend. With no concern of our current obligations to our customers who we are currently working on today. We do not appreciate any of your problems being projected to us and our business but for some reason I agreed to get it done for you. When you dropped your parts off today and started to complain about everything again including my prices. I felt offended, disrespected and unappreciated for all we have done for you and decided to not work on your truck anymore. I am a business owner and I have the right to refuse service for whatever reason I deem fair. It is actually no surprise that after I decided to not work on your truck and be apart of the circus that is you and your truck you would immediately go on to talk trash, because it didn't work out for you and your plans for the lake this weekend. Which we expected anyways since you came in already trash talking everyone else in town. That was the only downside to not doing business with you anymore. Glad we parted ways.We can only hope our customer would understand.P.S. Please get your facts straight the next time you write a review.
