Burial insurance for my Mom and they can't give any information to anyone but the policy holder? They have deceased! Then every person has an accent making communication difficult. I'm a week in and they haven't even mailed claim forms yet?!?! I gave them 2 stars for at least answering the phone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: STOLE MY MONEY they have to have bank account information to get payment per month now I've been on the phone for 1 hour and they are saying that they didn't take the money, (which it's on my bank account that chesapeake ins payment )and they said there is nothing i can do. I'm out 300$ and I canceled 3 months ago to prevent this and they still got the money. Bunch of thieves.

This is the absolute WORST company to deal with. My mom called to request a copy of her policy today. She spoke with 2 different representatives. One told her that she didn't have a policy. The other one told her that she didn't verify her identity. A payment to this company has been drafted from her account for years, so payments have been consistently paid on time. Her last payment was Mar 7th and the representative told her that it wasn't. Bank statements, from the bank, doesn't lie. When she asked to speak with a manager, they put her on hold only to come back and say that one was not available. We're just trying to get the necessary documentation needed to put our mom in a facility. I really HATE that she got involved with this company and wouldn't recommend them to a dead man.
