I highly recommend you do your research on this attorney. I have been waiting for months for a revised bill due to calls and other charges that were falsely made . Seeing other reviews with the same fraudulent actions he has done with other clients discuss me. This attorney takes advantage of clients and promises false hopes. Hopefully we get a good response from the board and this attorney will never be able to represent anyone!

Terrible experience with Mr. Skipper, drug my case out 6 months . I had to keep reminding him to file motions for me. Would never bring up stuff that I wanted him to do or say. All around bad experiences and was double charged from him on stuff as well. Buyer beware
