        We dropped in today and I was so impressed by CrossFit OTL. Coaches were so nice and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I loved that it is temperature controlled! Excited to drop in again.

        I wish I could give more stars. OTL is such an amazing box and has become a second home for our family. Not only is the programming amazing, the equipment top of the line, the coaching beautiful and the box AIR CONDITIONED but it is also so incredibly family friendly. They have kids classes for our 6 year old and our 2 year old can come with us and hang out, and someone is always bringing out coloring supplies or just holding her because its a family. And this isnt just a smart business move on their part; its a box owned by parents and run in conjunction with their young adult children, so family is the absolute root of everything they do and it is so apparent in how the my interact and deal with their members and each other . While I absolutely adore getting stronger and fitter (and looking better) one of my favorite things about this box is watching Deanie and Javier teach and lead and interact with their children in such a graceful, encouraging, and honoring way. So many things to be learned at this box, much more than just CrossFit.
