The driver was very respectful and polite. I was given an estimated ETA and he arrived 50 minutes earlier. He was actually heading to lunch but went ahead and took the call and came on as he was just 5 min. away. I greatly appreciated him and can only hope his employers or whom ever owns the company can appreciated his dedication to helping people.

I have used American RTS two times now and I was highly impressed both times on the professionalism (they know the job and love it), speed of getting to my car to tow, friendliness, and how good they are at hooking up, backing up in my small drive way, leaving my car in a spot I don't have to worry about later. The owner, Mr. Marcus Laqunas is the nicest person you will meet; hence the business slogan, "In God We Trust". I definitely trust my car with Marcus. Thanks again!

Brandon was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, helped me to figure out that I needed a new battery and probably saved me hundreds of dollars. He even went out of his way to call me for a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. I cant recommend this company enough.
