    My wife gifted me a two hour treatment because Im stubborn and skeptical but I was open minded enough to go. I have accepted the pain and inability to walk normal as a fact of life and just the way it was going to be. I cant believe I am admitting this, but it has been one day since my first treatment and I was able to stand up out of bed without having to collapse down in pain and retry. I am sore as expected but for the first time, I have hope that my life will not always be filled with agonizing pain. Thank you Beverly and thank you my loving wife Sam!

    This place is my favorite! They always help me with my pains. Iv been here 5 times now & every time something is really bothering me they fix me right up, i really like Mariana! I cancelled my last appointment because I had an emergency and called 30 min prior I would have expected front desk to say they will charge me for cancellation fee or something (which i would have totally understood) but they didnt. They said it was okay, so I honestly thought everything was fine. Iv never been late or cancelled before. But now Iv been trying to reach them for 3 days & left a voicemail nothing. So I thought it was my phone or something not going through my coworker then called right after I did & they answered. So now Im starting to think they just dont want to help me out anymore. If thats the case, it would have been nice to just let me know instead of just ignoring my calls & have me thinking I was just not getting through or yall were actually really busy.

    You need to get in to see Beverly. Shes not just insanely good at working out your knots and other tricky areas of the body, shes incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of conditions and just an all around excellent human. I really feel like she genuinely cares about me and my ailments and wants to help. Its more compassion and care than I have felt from any of my doctors, and I do feel like she can really help me heal. Its pricey but absolutely worth it. She pays attention to the details and really listens, and she goes above and beyond. I am so grateful to have found her.

    I have spent years with pain in my feet, not being able to stand for a long period of time without shifting weight from one foot to the other or finding a chair to sit down to get off my feet. My friend introduced me to Beverly who worked on my feet and legs, as well as the rest of my body. Ive noticed a major improvement to the pain in my feet, I have no more pain. Im able to stand for long periods of time now without having to adjust to get off my feet. I feel the blood flow in my legs have improved. Im very grateful for what Beverly has been able to do for me.

    I have mixed feelings. My massage was great and I feel like he probably really helped my back issue...the table was comfy. It's just not like anywhere I've ever been...lobby is uninviting with inappropriate books/art (and I'm quite inappropriate myself). They offer you a shot of liqour when you walk in...which, I did appreciate but didn't take. It's not a spa feel, in the least. Maybe the crystal lamp in my room but that's all. The music was bad soft rock. Maybe I should've researched more to have my expectations set but I was surprised. Then I went back here to read reviews and I see that on any negative reviews, the owner puts snarky quotes in response...not great. Won't be back...mainly for the latter from the owner which I'm sure...will respond with yet another snarky quote.

Sweetheart, I can't comprehend this. We have given you great service five times and you didn't receive a call back so we deserve one star? Every Client leaves with my personal cell phone number. You could not text me directly? And you were NOT charged for a last minute cancellation, even though I have to pay Mariana for showing up, even though I have to pay Andrew to be at the front desk, and you are upset? What am I missing? Andrew has a ton of responsibilities besides answering the phone. Our prices are always referred to as high but if I had to pay a full time person, just for phones, I would have to charge even more! You left one message, Andrew had not called you back, so you came to the Internet for what? It's not like you cannot go online and make an appointment. You could have. If you wanted after hours times, you would have to text me for that anyway. Do you know I stay until 9pm and even come in at 7:30 am to accommodate my Clients? Andrew does not just answer the phone. He is doing all the background work for my next outreach into our community. Am I sorry he didn't call you back? Yes! Did I discuss him not being perfect, yes. Does he have a life and can leave the office if he has a need or want to, absolutely! But he has been working with me for years and tons of my Clients remark about how great he is. I'm not damaging his soul bc someone feels ignored. I am sincerely sorry that you felt the need to come to the Internet and say all this. And I'm sorry we are all just human. And I'm sorry I even work this hard, see very little of my family, and give my sometimes painful hands up, to healing people when I get a bitter review like this. It makes me reconsider staying open. Jovana, you have no idea how difficult it is to have a business in this state, nor in a town that charges such ridiculous rent. Nor in an era where no one writes a good review for all the things you have done for them. But can call out an imperfection in a second. I'm disappointed that we will no longer be serving you. It saddens my heart to have read your review. Make today amazing.

Kira, I can not tell you how happy I am that you did not use the restroom when you visited! Seriously. That's where we put the inappropriate stuff that Clients laugh at. I even had a Nurse tell me about some shop in Gruene that has inappropriate signs in their lobby but the bathroom has the greatest signs and her friend sent her pics. Needles to say, that was my business. My signs have a reputation and it makes Clients feel comfortable. They know they can't offend me. They know they can say anything to me. They know that I have a sense of humor. All before I work on them. I agree that looking online at reviews before going somewhere helps! You would see just how proud I am of my book collection. And several of my books and signs were gifts by Clients. You could have been offended and never had to deal with us. I also list that we are not spa on my website, on Yelp, on Google, etc. We are 100% not a relaxing massage. We are deep tissue Acupressure Specialists. We do want YOU to choose the music in your service. We can even skip a song you don't like. So if you say that what is playing is fine, then we will honor that and continue with the channel. However; you could have picked your favorite singer or genre and we are always happy to change it. But YOU should always advocate for yourself. You have the right to say stop at any point. You have the right to have a sense of security when you go in for bodywork. You should feel like the room is your space. And if you had read the paperwork you signed, you would have seen the part about if you didn't like us in the first ten minutes, say something. Bc we always want the Client to feel all the good things and none of the horror stories from elsewhere. You could have been refunded and on your way. I'm sorry you don't like Brooklyn 99 quotes. But for people who are not Clients and may be competitors, I'm not going to write a true response. I already dedicate my life to healing my people and loving everyone I meet. I am not going to waste time on the fakes. I'm sorry we were not a fit for you. And I'm sorry you don't claim your power and say things in the moment. Or text the Owner when you leave with her personal cell phone. But I do hope you will find the strength to continue your journey and find the right bodyworker for you! Make today amazing.
