        Communication with this location is ridiculous. Our customer rented a portable bathroom trailer for their wedding. This company came to pick it up the next week without attempting to notify me, and proceeded to drive around my property aimlessly after a heavy rain, through mud rutting up the grass. All for nothing because they brought the wrong truck to pick up the trailer. After calling again multiple times and multiple promises the unit would be picked up, yet 3 weeks after the event the trailer is still here. The majority of the time no one answers when I call during business hours, and instead of allowing me to leave a message it just rings continuously. So fed up with this place.

        I made a call to United Rentals near the end of the business day to request last-minute rentals for the following day. I had an estimate emailed to me within 15 minutes and had confirmation for next day delivery shortly after. The entire process was a breeze.
