Nicholas Mericle: Allstate Insurance

The people who work at this location in particular have always been very professional I have no issue with them however Allstate and going through them regarding a couple of incidents it's been very painful. There was an incident I had with a bicyclist that was completely unavoidable on my part and yet my insurance company blamed me 80% when I tried to call them to challenge that nobody would ever return my call because of that my rates have since gone up tremendously I'm not very happy about it. It's sad that insurance companies these days don't try to retain long term customers instead they keep jacking your rates up every chance they get. Due to this I'm currently in the process of looking for another Insurance Company

When I asked your agency for a quote for my auto insurance, and home insurance, your agent was prompt and efficient. Within 3-5 days we received emails and we're now ready to be insured with Allstate starting on the 8th of April, 2024. Thank you for your help with our insurance needs.
