        I checked in yesterday the woman at the counter was informative and helpful. Then my stay was alright until checkout this morning. I am a rewards member with best western and to my understanding early check ins and late checkouts are complimentary and shouldn't be a big deal we'll this Karen of a woman called my room this morning at 1059 and told me I couldn't have a late checkout that she was going to charge me for it and that I had to be out by 11 thankfully I had managed to get my stuff together quickly and get out before 10 after. As I am leaving I noticed the police arriving at the hotel. Not having a ride I sat on the steps to smoke a cigarette and a few minutes later the police came to the room and told me I had to leave the property cause the hotel wanted me gone. They called the police cause I wanted a late checkout.

        Worst Best Western in the country. Must avoid. Inedible breakfast not worth the price even though it's free. And when I complained that there was no heat in my room one night, the owner/manager made excuses. He doesn't give a damn. He's so cheap he actually refused to reimburse me for that night. A truly terrible place.
