I needed to send flowers to a dear family friends funeral and was nervous about being 200 miles away and how it would come out. I came across Branch and Bloom reviews and knew it was the right place. Victoria was amazing! She was so professional and personable and made the process as easy as possible. Best part..she sends you a picture of the arrangement before it is sent for delivery. NO ONE does that. She also followed up with me to let me know they were being delivered within the hour and they were at the service early. Amazing customer service!! I ordered the deluxe timeless with bright blue and it was stunning! Huge upgrade for only $10 more. Even better than I expected. The family loved them! Thank you Victoria for great work, great customer service, and great prices. Best experience I have ever had ordering flowers.

My parents have been sending me beautiful arrangements from branch & bloom for my birthday for the past few years. When I wanted to celebrate a friend, I automatically thought of this floral studio. They ALWAYS knock the ball out of the park!
