Saltillo King - Saltillo Restoration

I chose Saltillo King because the owner talked about his craftsmanship and care, and assured us that he was a responsible businessman. Now, a year later, I would just warn anyone interested in Saltillo restoration to hire literally anyone else. Just do it yourself if you have to. This man took our money, thousands of dollars, and refinished the Saltillo in our entire home. His workers splashed the finish onto our walls and stone fireplace (now stained horribly), and the finish started lifting and peeling within weeks. He initially was responsive and assured us that he would make it right. Now, a YEAR later, Ive given up on continuing to send unanswered texts. I have a completely unsealed front porch (he removed original finish after 4 months of me asking him to make it right) then never showed up to actually finish the work. The interior is peeling and bubbling and looks worse than the original 1970s finish. Im a really calm person, I have a lot of understanding for little hiccups and realistic issues, and I have never written a bad review before, but this is the single WORST customer service and works man ship I have ever experienced. He talks a good game, but the proof is in the work, and his work for us was terrible.

Just purchased my first house was super excited .But could not move in till my Saltillo floors were cleaned .They were so so dirty they had not been clean in years there was no way around it .Gave Saltillo King a call recommend by a family friend and boy did Tommy and his crew come through my floors look fabulous and I was all moved in in no time!Was very appreciated of all the communication and understanding and the price was reasonable thanks Saltillo King for bringing back the natural beauty in these floors!
