Dr. Veena and her staff are courteous and professional. At Elite Dental, my concerns are listened to, and my oral care plan along with fees is thoroughly discussed and understood. I have been receiving dental care from this site for years without any problems, and will continue to return for excellent service.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Dont want to go back because they pressured me into a service that wasnt required or detrimental to the surgery. I told them from the start that I didnt want the bone graft because it wasnt cover by insurance. But the dentist wouldnt take no for an answer. He made it seem like my son needed it in order to do the procedure. On top of that my son couldnt even keep his wisdom teeth. They tried to give me some story how they are not allowed to anymore. My nephew literally just got his done and my sister was allowed to keep his. My son just went in for his follow up and Im even more upset because the assistant changed the tone and said it was my choice. Someone should tell the dentist to take no for and answer the first time. I honestly wish I would have taken my son somewhere else. Now Im in a debt I cant afford and nothing I can do about it. They do good work, but I also feel like I got taken advantage of.
