I am very impressed with Doctor Andrew Weber and his staff. They have treated me with the highest level of professionalism and compassion. Every visit has been "Excellent"...pun intended. I especially want to compliment Meranda Alvarado who handles billing and insurance. She really knows her business and stepped up to resolve an issue i had with my insurance company.

Dr. Weber and his staff are AMAZING! He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of his patients. His staff has always demonstrated kindness and respect to my entire family.

There are not enough good things I can write about Excel Dental and Implant Center. I have been a patient here for years. This has been the only dental facility I have felt the most confident and comfortable going to. There has never ever been a time I have come and felt like I was being over sold on getting unnecessary work done or being overcharged. All of the staff are amazing but there are a few who stand out and Id like to include their names in this review. First off, there is Dr. Weber and Dr. Chad! Both of them are truly amazing and their bedside manner is out of this world. They both have seen and have done work on me and every time they have remembered me specifically. What I mean by that is not just by reading my chart and knowing what I have had done or what I will be having done during that visit. They get into detail, remembering things about my family and things of that nature and it makes me feel good when they do that. Then there is Rebecca. That lady is gold! From my first encounter with her up until my most recent, it has always been very sweet and professional. Anything you have a question about, she is always on it and has an answer for you every time. If she doesnt know the answer at the time, she will find out and get right back with you. There is also Nisha and David! Ive had procedures where Ive had to be relaxed to have done and they both executed, making me feel comfortable every time. There is another sweet girl there who I forgot her name. She has very short hair and really cute chunky cheeks (on her face). Her smile lights up her room if you get the privilege to see it from behind her mask. (Im sorry to have to describe her like that but she knows I mean well) This is the only place I trust with any dental care I need and trust their judgment on anyone they recommend I go to for other work they do not do. I totally recommend anyone coming here who may need any of the services they provide. You will not be disappointed.

I was seen in Dr Weber, Excellent Dental and inplants offices on 4 separate offices visits at his New Braunfels and San Antonio office. I thought that Dr. Weber could provide all of the services that we discussed, within the scope of his verbal commitment to me. That has not happen. I spoke directly to a representative at his San Antonio location ( Rebecca), who was cold, extremely dismissive, and dishonest in her communication. I had been very clear that I would like to see the dentist who preformed the surgery. I told them if I was not going to see the doctor after my surgical procedure to discuss next steps which were in direct conflict from what Rebecca stated, and what Dr. Weber lead me to believe. I was brought to the back, lead to believe that Dr. Weber was coming in. Instead a technician came in, Pretended to be gathering information for Dr. Weber, took an ex-ray that I had to hold tools to help them properly complete. The tech then left the room to speak with Dr. Weber, never came back into the room. Rebecca came into the room instead, she told me Dr. Weber would not be coming into the room. I can not believe how misleading Dr. Weber and Excellent Dental and Implants staff has been.have been with my treatment, and treatment plan. I do not believe that Dr. Weber has the staff to complete the procedures that he discussed with me and he was to Cowardice to come in to speak to me face to face. He seems to be the only licensed dentist in his practice; and has to send technicians in to speak with his patients, after a surgical procedure. Your value at this practice is measured by dollars. They force me into a office visit that I ask to cancel if I could not see Dr. Weber. My care was of No value to What is suppose to be Excellent dental care, because the dentist never showed his face to explain the inconsistency, in his verbal communication with me and that of Rebecca. Unfortunately I will be filing complaints with my insurance company and any other organizations that can shed the proper light or poor practices. Just Terrible!
