This is a family business, meeting the owner was such a pleasure and he was so welcoming. He stated this was his hobby. He fixed my computer and faster then expected recovering all my files and transfering them onto the new hard drive. And did it for less then expected. Thank you so much

I took my PC here because he seemed reasonable pricing, my pc was have frame dropping issues during gaming, after getting my pc back, my pc would turn off & on again, do not resolve my issue & further damaged my pc. I would give this 0 star review. I will never take my pc back here again.

I have to say that John was FANTASTIC!! My son built his own gaming PC and has been having troubles from day one. He is an incredibly smart and patient teenager but just couldn't get past an issue. Even though all the components are very high end, John was able to break everything down to the basics and actually walked him through the process step by step, while teaching along the way. John was very patient and I could tell he was genuinely excited to teach a kid that has a passion for this kind of stuff. They got everything working and my boy went away beaming like it was Christmas morning. Thanks, John, you also made Dad very happy!!

John is fantastic!! Truly has helped me out twice now with computer diagnosis and explains things very well to where someone with little computer knowledge can understand. Will always go to John in the future with any other computer issues!!
