My wife and I have been using the very same, highly competent tax service in MN for nearly 30 years (25 of that remotely).  We appreciate great service and have been fortunate to have such a business relationship for so many years.  After moving to New Braunfels, we decided this year to seek out a new local service, as our long-time MN provider is nearing retirement. We initially found O.G.L. via local business listings and social media.  We interviewed several other service providers in the area, including O.G.L.  Although a San Antonio-based HQ, one of the Partners, Gail Guest, resides in NB, and operates a modern well-staffed location here. They are very reasonably priced for the high level and breadth of their services.We asked for a meeting with O.G.L. months before we would need business services, and was instantly impressed by Gail.  She is very friendly and approachable, and also extremely professional.  She knows her business cold, and asks great questions! We began supplying prior year(s) information to Gail for she and her staff to preload into their systems, both to save time at filing season, and to provide Gail and her team a good snapshot to anticipate our needs. Net: Gail and her staff completed our services for this year in record time, and with excellent outcomes.  She also cared enough to investigate some especially complicated issues that really helped us - on her own time.  We appreciated that professional courtesy,  her excellent work product, and her work ethic very much.Needless to say, O.G.L. Is our new permanent tax and business service.  Thank you, Gail.
