        Ive been there 3 different times to get my truck worked on, and each time, the dealership didnt have the said parts to work on my truck after I made the appointment a week prior. Each time they have fed me some type of excuse, why they didnt have parts

        Brought my Truck in to get fixed - Was a warranty issue, truck was fixed ( right i hope , time will tell) the warranty company was going to pay by Credit Card but would not agree to the 3% CC fee charged by the dealer. So I get a call from the dealer wanting me to pay the 3% CC fee for the warranty company or they will need to hold the truck hostage until they get a paper check. IT may take days or weeks. This is not only dirty thing to do, but shady as all get out Will never go back and will file a complaint with the BBB, AG and any other official body that may help the next customer

        Best service from any GM dealership in Texas. Highly recommend this dealership for any service, their professionalism is far beyond that of the larger dealerships and their turn around time is excellent.

        Everything was okay but we were disappointed that we were told no on a complementary wash. We will most likely go to a different dealership next time on our servicing for all of our vehicles.
