I need to respond to this review because it is false. I got into this case after her previous lawyer screwed it up and left me in handcuffs. This review is that of a woman angry with her ex-husband.Months before I got involved, her lawyer had given away custody of their child. Her husband was Ordered to turn over a car and other items, all of which he sold and though he was ordered to make the mortgage payments he did not. I was hired after the trial had started. Her lawyer had her prepare the exhibits which she did incorrectly so when we properly prepared exhibits, they were not allowed in. Despite the impediments we faced, we achieved a good settlement from the Judge. They, meaning my client and her mom were happy. We also filed a Motion to Enforce the Temporary Orders .Which were tabled for the moment. We filed a motion to clarify the decree and in doing so she receives 100 percent from the sale of the house. Unfortunately, the husband having not paid the mortgage and encumbering the property with other purchases was not what we had hoped. In September, following the sale of the house, my client wanted to step away from the Court system for a while. She sent me an email stating “I really can NOT go to court for a while. The house stuff was a bit much and very time consuming.”We exchanged emails in January. On March 20 we again received emails and I needed details of how the ex-husband had violated the decree such as not giving her his address and not letting her see the child. Shortly after, she wrote this scathing review.These false allegations also defame my assistant who helps our clients in ways no other law firm does or even can.Even after she posted this slanderous and false review I was going to help them but they again, they disputed a charge on their credit card from July 2022, which they previously disputed and lost. We don’t charge for every little item. Not every email and phone call and I have never charged for a copy. Please read my other reviews. We have many clients who appreciate our efforts, honesty, and integrity. We are a small, busy firm whose clients refer other clients. We appreciate and work hard for our clients and will always do our best.
