Comfort Inn & Suites

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable also. The staff was friendly, but it took a while to get checked in.. The location was easy to get to. The breakfast was free and was good. For the price, this hotel is a decent value. I'm sure we will stay here again next time we come through.

This hotel deserves alot of praise. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The service was great on all aspects. The price for 2 Queen beds was affordable. The breakfast and coffee every morning was delicious. If you attend the Renaissance festival this is a Great place to stay. Safety: No problems feeling safe. Food & drinks: Really enjoyed the variety of breakfast items Noteworthy details: The hotel is close by the Renaissance Festival. Very easy to get in and out for your journey. Very affordable, great view from our room. Bring a fishing pole for the kids and outdoor activities, they have a Great spot for Family Fun

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience do not recommend anyone staying here. Bugs in the room, black hairs in sheets and in tub, overall dirty. Manager Kamlesh Patel was a horrible little man. He called me a liar as soon as I came to him calmly with my concerns. We had to find and get the girl off her phone 2 times to re fill breakfast items. Stay somewhere else for sure. We checked out early and he wouldnt give me proof. Also a lot of loud construction going on right next door. My baby couldnt nap from the dump trucks dumping and drilling going on.
