The Overlook

After a month and a half of moving here, they still havent fixed things. Theres been a leak in our ceiling the last two weeks. The management in this property is very poor. Wait times for service requests are ridiculous and Leigh, the manager, is clearly lacking customer service skills. She promises work will be done in our unit, and coming home after work, no work was done and she cant even be bothered to send us an update that work hasnt been done. Instead of tacos and car-smashing events, how about taking care of the tenants you already have?

I moved into the Overlook apartments approximately 6 months ago and I love it here. The full staff is AMAZING but my favorite two employees are Miss Dijonai who works in the front area always has a warm smile on her face and is always ready to answer any question you may have. The finance manager Miss Sheyanne also takes the time out of her day to sit down and speak with anyone who needs her assistance.

The staff I AMAZING! they make u feel like uve known them forever & they are very helpful The apartments look very nice! they have a very nice pool also! Maintenance is pretty quick & super helpful
