We just purchased a Wildwood 22RBS travel trailer from Genuine RV & Powersports in Nacogdoches, TX. We worked with Dave and Patrick. They were awesome to deal with. Never felt like we were under pressure to purchase. Everyone was super kind and helpful. We really appreciate the way they set our hitch up just right and gave us advice about towing. We can't say enough about how great everyone was there. We drove 500 miles to pick this up and it was well worth the drive. We will recommend Genuine RV to everyone we know.

My wife and I just had one of the best purchase experiences we have ever had. We had been looking for the perfect 5th wheel floor plan and after many months of research we found it. But, we couldn't see one that was close to us in Brenham Texas. Genuine RV had one at their Texarkana store and offered to bring it to their Nacogdoches store for us to see with no commitment to buy. We made the 3 hour trip to see the unit and met our salesperson Patrick Wheat. It was a great experience and we are the proud owners of the 5th wheel that we wanted! Hats off to David Morris and the crew... We just picked up our new RV Friday and we're very happy with this place.. No high pressure got to have sales going on here. Very laid back.. Will for sure send all my family and friends here that are looking for a new camper.

We were looking for a specific travel trailer, which Nac did not have, but was at a different location. They had it there the next day, which was great. The purchase experience was great. Just be sure you research and know everything that you need so that you can ask for it with your purchase. We did not and no one tried to guide us on the things that we might need that we could have purchased from them. When we got home, we realized that the manual that we received was for a totally different RV. When we returned it, they had no idea where ours is. We have no manuals for anything in our camper. No warranty info on any of the appliances or anything. No remote control for the radio. Unfortunately, they just took our number and said they would call us when they got it. Its been weeks and we still dont have it. So we have to YouTube when we have a question about how something works. Disappointing.
