Lana's Grooming Shop

Lana blew us off and did not cut our puppys hair..She scheduled 2 appointments and did not fulfill them..she told my husband that she didn't take walkins but when he got there, there were an abundance of pet's there and she told him that the owners just dropped them off with no warning so offered a free hair grooming for the next day, same time..and the second appointment she then said she didn't think my puppy could handle all the noise and that she was to young to get a haircut..So why even schedule the appointment? All of this was discussed prior to the scheduling the appointment...I called Lana to get an explanation as to what is going on and she hung up in my face..I hate to think she didn't want to cut my puppys hair because her owners are black...but nevertheless, I will NEVER recommend this facility to ANYBODY!! Buyer Beware!!

Lana was a very nice woman and she makes it very clear how much she cares for your animal while they are in her care. My only complaint is that they do not brush teeth, which is something I like to have done at the groomers as I have difficulty doing it myself at home.

Lana builds a rapport with clients. She takes time to do the job well, truly adding the personal touch. Highly recommended!
