        The product quality was good and the driver who delivered the truckload did a good job.BUT, the young lady at the front desk, over the course of about eight days, quoted us FOUR different prices for delivery charges.  FOUR!It was ridiculous.  When I FIRST called, she asked for our address.  I gave it and she quoted the cost of the mulch plus $145 delivery charge.  Fine.When we drove over to confirm the order a couple of days later, she then quoted $165.  I asked her, "What changed?".  She said, "I didn't look your address up."  What?  How did you quote $145?  She just shrugged.I called a couple of days before delivery to confirm and THAT TIME, she quoted $135 delivery.  Ok, thanks.THEN, on the day of delivery, she called and said the delivery charge would be $160.Just very shady.  Get your quotes in writing.
