        They need to place packages in safe place and look at address on packages. I received a package that went across town could not locate person it belonged to, called FedEx and lady was very rude and was no help at all. I took package to Kline Wrap it up to ship back to FedEx. They delivered some hearing aids and left them in far corner ok pick-up and the box was soaking wet from rain. I had been expecting package for days and couldn't figure out why we had not received it and my husband accidentally found the package when he was loading wood in truck. Sorry to complain but they need to pay more attention and I see lots and lots of same complaints on Facebook.
