This is such a great company! We needed some landscaping edging and it was sent super fast. We had a minor issue with our order, and it was fixed immediately. Definitely recommend Howell. Its how businesses should run, they care about the customer and the quality product.

I ORDERED ONLINE WITHOUT ANY SORT OF TIMELINE FOR SHIPPING. I'M DEPENDING ON THIS MATERIAL TO COMPLETE A CLIENT'S PROJECT. I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND CONFIRMED A TIMELINE BEFORE I MADE THIS PURCHASE. MY FAULT.

I did some searching online and found this company and I was glad I did ! I had a landscaper install this product in my front yard and I liked it . Its like anything else I couldnt get the fella to give any information so as it turns out I made an order and received it today its the exact same product!! The only difference is as they say you live and learn . I talked to Mr Howell and he was very informative and the website is as well . The suggested amount of stakes for the edging makes logical sense . I just wish the landscaper would have had the common sense to abide by putting stakes every 2ft in a straight run . This time Im doing the job myself Im confident the outcome will be great using this edging . Thanks Howell Team !!

I was SUPER impressed with the customer service. I ordered edging and sent an email to Tim Howell (owner) letting him know I had a landscape project I was starting in about a week and 'requested' my order be shipped so I would ideally have it by the time I started my landscaping project. Not only did he oblige, but he TEXTED me to ask about my project and noticed I didn't order a key component I would need. He also recommended changing out one item for another. This was all done via text and my order was adjusted and shipped. I just found this level of customer service refreshing and would definitely recommend Howell Pathways!
