I had an emergency with my car this weekend. I called and he answered. I had the part and Rito came in on a Sunday to help me out. Rito's really a stand up guy. He didn't have to open up, but we met up and he fixed my van. Now it runs with no issues, and I can drive to work worry free.

I had a minor emergency issue with my daughters car on a Sunday. Not familiar with any of the mechanics in Nacogdoches I made a public post on the towns social media asking for recommendations. Rito Garcia was the first to contact me right away and only charged me a low and reasonable fee to look at the car & remove a metal wire object that had become lodged in the undercarriage creating a terribly loud noise. Most mechanics are closed in this area so RG did us a huge favor in being willing to open up his garrage on a Sunday to remove the foreign object and preventing it from creating any more unnecessary damage. Very professional, personable and helpful. Truly appreciate the time he took in going out of his way to help us out of towners out so our daughter could safely drive her car back to the local college campus at SFASU.
