        I bought a part , brought it back unopened to get my money back they kept the part and did not refund my money back, called corporate office and told them about my experience and nobody did nothing for it..... never going back

        The AutoZone in Nacogdoches whether way understaffed, or whether they lack common sense of customer service terrible now I see why theres two OReillys in town and only one AutoZone however, AutoZones closest to me so I thought giving them a chance wouldnt be a bad idea. terrible idea if I could recommend OReillys one. Theyre cheaper to their customer. Service is much much better.
