        Just went to the bank to open up a new account. A young lady by the name of Erica Rubio helped me choose the best account that fit my needs. She was so helpful and answered all my questions.

        No announcement that the bank would be closed for 2 days. Trying to borrow money to pay electric because of their thoughtlessness. The bank needs to up their customer srv8ce which needs improvement.

        Lost a potential new customer. Zero service if you arent currently a member. All I needed was change for a estate sale. Whole building full of employees and not one customer in the building. Guess they want everything online so they can look for a job later. Look at whats happening in our country, we are hungry for true customer service...a lost art. Eye contact, polite and attentive service regardless of the customer brings people back. The places with that get my all of my business. Always looking to add places!! I just moved here but Ill find a bank that likes customers.
