Our pool finish has "tortoise shell" cracks all over. This is from being exposed to elements (sun, air and temperature) and not under water fast enough. The plaster tried to cure before it had water so it has permanent small cracks. All of our equipment was placed on a pad that would not support the weight and is sinking into the ground. It is now tilting and we will have to replace the whole pad with a concrete slab. We would not recommend this company. We had a pool inspector come out so our issues are not due to maintenance.

Shout out to Turnkey Pools in Montgomery TX. Cold weather came in and our pool pump kicks on as needed. Invaluable feature if not home, and one less worry for me in weatherizing my home when freezing temps hit. Highly recommend Turnkey Pools-Jamison Baker.
