Level 99 Plumbing LLC

TJ came out to our home within a few hours notice after another plumbing company tried to charge us $1800 for a job that we were able to determine was almost twice what the charge should be. He was more than kind and I cannot speak highly enough about his level of professionalism. He is very transparent and humble and that is hard to find in today's world of business. There's a reason his company has a flawless reputation! He was a MASSIVE blessing for us today. Just a good man all around.

Level 99 installed a water heater for me. Professional and efficient. Great pricing!! I noticed hot water coming out of the overflow spout on the side of my house. I thought it was a clogged line. level 99 showed me that my water heater was overflowing and about to flood my bedroom! So thankful they saved me from all that trouble just in the Nick of time.

Plumber was extremely professional and answered all my questions and concerns. His workmanship was outstanding. Very timely is all his responses and would gladly use Level 99 Plumping for all my plumping needs.

We had an excellent experience with Level 99 Plumbing! Our hot and cold water valves were leaking under the handles and dripping down under the sink. We contacted our Home Warranty company and were given Level 99. Im always nervous about the quality of the services providers that a warranty company uses, but Level 99 exceeded all of my expectations! Level 99 was prompt in calling me back to set up the appointment, and had me scheduled for the next day. TJ was our plumber, and he was very thorough and went above and beyond what was originally asked. First, he quickly assessed that due to the age of the valves, the entire faucet needed replacing. He grabbed a very nice replacement faucet from his truck, and replaced it with no extra charges. He then observed that we did not have a working stopper, and was not content in leaving it this way. Replacing the stopper required replacing the top portion of the drain, as all the parts were 35+ years old. TJ replaced everything there, no problem. Lastly he observed that the P-Trap was not actually sealed (glued) or secured to the wall piping in any way, and was able to remove it with just his hand. TJ reinstalled the P-Trap and glued and sealed it to the wall, bringing the entire installation up to 2023 standards. On top of all of this, TJ was kind, professional, and very informative throughout. Altogether he was done in about 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Level 99 for all of your plumbing needs!
