The Eddy Mortgage Team is the one for us! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of question. Amy was incredibly patient and available whenever we needed her. She was able to break down and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and the step by step procedures we would be following. As previous renters we didnt think we would ever be able to own in todays economy. Amy worked with our credit and provided financial advice on how to achieve a more desirable desired score. I cant say enough nice things about Tyson as a person and as a professional. He is extremely kind, patient and easy to talk to - he will answer any question you have and he TRULY wants to help his clients. Obviously the housing market is crazy and his knowledge with the lending process and the programs available are SUPER helpful for someone looking to buy a home. When my husband and I started the process of buying our home back in December 2022 we had someone else helping us but I didnt feel like we were getting anywhere. In March 2023 my husband reached out to Tyson and within a week we had a sit down with him and Amy to go over what we needed to do. Our house buying situation was a little different than most peoples but after helping us get our credit where it needed to be and all our ducks in a row we signed our papers in July 2023. Tyson and Amy were there every step of the way. A text, email or phone call and even after hours with all the answers to my questions. The day we signed our papers Tyson was there and Amy sent her congratulations and apologizes because she wasnt feeling well that day but wanted to be there with us. Tyson and Amy are the best and Im glad we decided to go with them. They made the whole process so easy and they took care of everything.
