Pier 105 Marina

I can't say enough positive things about the service that these people gave me. It's my understanding that they are under new management, so I can't speak to the difference between the old vs new management, but the service we received from Anthony (GM) was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our salesperson Chayse, though still green and learning by his own admission, still managed to make buying our boat downright enjoyable. The mechanic (Mike) went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we left the marina with the knowledge and assurance needed to enjoy our boat on day one. Great experience from start to finish from the entire team!

Semi storage customers are locked out on days closed, you have no access to your boat!! Can't get my boat to go fishing and I was not told this until I went to get my boat and found access to my boat locked

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place is GREAT. You can always tell when management/owners take time and care of their facility and staff. I just love the staff (all of them). They always have a smile on their face and always willing to help if they can. We started storing our boat here 2 months ago and we love it. I cant say enough great things about this place. Cant wait to say hi to the staff every time we go to take the boat out. Keep up the great work. Your hard work shows. :)

STAY AWAY FOLKS! My Girlfriend has kept her boat here for 5 years. The last MONTH has been some of the worst times of here life. SHE IS SCARED OF RETALIATION FROM THE OWNERS/MANAGEMENT which is why I am posting this review. The Owner Juan and Manager Anthony have degraded her and disrespected her to her face. They owner and manager do not appreciate or respect their PAYING TENANTS! They damaged her boat! They refused to launch her boat! The owner told her "if you dont like it you can leave" The Manager keeps telling everyone he is a banker and here to make money! What a joke! STAY FAR AWAY MONTGOMERY COUNTY! BAD PEOPLE HERE!

Yikes! The past 30 days have been a complete 180 for this place. It seams every competent employee was either fired or ran away from the new management as fast as they can. Now they are damaging customers property left and right, committing felony theft of boat trailers, and Doing everything imaginable to chase customers away. Seams like someone has no idea how to run a business. Pretty sad to see whats happening to this once great business in our community.
