We bought our first Perry Home in 2021. Susan Franz was our sales consultant and she is truly the best. It was a no pressure consult when we first walked in to the model home. She made our dreams happen with the type of look we were looking for. Our house is unique in color and trim all thanks to Susan. Through out the build she was responsive and addressed any issues/concerns we may have had. I think what is unique with Susan is that even after the build and 6 months into our house she is still helpful and involved with any concerns. Justin Zielinski and John Kinheman is our main contact for the construction and any warranties. What a dream team we have! Justin and John have been helpful and quick to address any build problems or questions. They gone above and beyond. I can even give a specific example in which our newly repoured driveway was vandalized. Justin and John assisted and replaced the driveway for us at no cost to us. Susan stands out as an exceptional new home sales consultant - she is honest, trustworthy, and works hard to ensure things get done. I've had the pleasure of working with her on multiple occasions for my clients wanting a new build home, and each experience has been excellent. I selected Perry Homes to build my new home in Woodforest 50" and I had an amazing experience! Susan Franz was the Sales Professional that assisted me throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and she is always very helpful. Even after I have closed on my home, I know I can reach out to her anytime. I love my new Perry Home! The Perry Homes Design Center has so many beautiful selections and so my home feels like a custom home to me with all of my gorgeous selections put together. The construction team were incredible, too! Randy, the Project Manager, is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in the build of my home. The Construction Managers, Jim and Danny, are great to work with, too. They would always send me weekly updates on the status of my home throughout the process I highly recommend Perry Homes and Susan Franz!
