The staff is always very sweet and professional. They have been in Montgomery for a long time for a reason because they are good at what they do and their prices are very responsible . Highly recommend them.

Definition of take the money and run. I ordered some birthday flowers for my grandmother from an online florist. Pecan Hill were the ones that fulfilled the order. To keep a long story short, there was a system glitch that caused the flowers be be delivered 4 days early, but this was not Pecan Hill's fault. However, it was Pecan Hills fault that they just left the flowers at our gate when they were unable to get in touch with anyone. The flowers sat for 3 days before someone was able to get them. When we saw the flowers, they looked nothing like the advertised picture. Luckily, due to the discrepancy in the delivery date, the online retailer made it right and corrected the situation. They had another local florist re-send the arrangement for the correct date. The other local florist nailed it and did it great job. The pictures speak for themselves.
