        I had my transmission and cv-axel completely replaced in about a week and a half. They also worked with me on keeping costs down and still got my car running like new. Cant recommend enough! Brian was amazing to work with!

        Since I've written this review, I've had 3 more unrelated issues with my vehicle and they've taken care of every single one. All 4 issues were dealt with at My Transmission and Auto Care Experts. They not only worked with my warranty company to get everything lined up, but also did a great job fixing the issue, and in a timely manner. They communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend and trust them!!!

        This place is a joke! Dont waste your time and money!!! Brian is a complete liar and you cant trust anything he says. I wouldnt let these guys put air in my tire much less rebuild a transmission or anything else! Complete crooks!

        Two days ago, I entrusted my truck to this shop for a straightforward front differential oil change. However, the experience quickly deteriorated when they faced a seized filling plug. Instead of adopting gentler methods such as penetrating oil or heat application, the mechanics resorted to brute force, wielding a large breaker bar and hammer. This approach not only failed to solve the issue but also severely damaged the filling plug, rendering the oil change impossible. Disappointingly, their response to this mishap was equally unsatisfactory. I was simply advised to seek assistance elsewhere, without so much as an apology for the damage inflicted on my vehicle. Consequently, I am now faced with the potential expense of hundreds of dollars for professional repair due to their negligence. Interestingly, after I when home I was able to perform the oil change myself at home using a basic $5 manual oil pump and the drainage plug, a task that took me no more than 30 minutes after consulting a YouTube tutorial. This experience not only questions the competence of the mechanics at this place when you can do better by watching a youtuber online. I don't know, maybe you will have a better luck at this place, my experience was far from satisfactory. A mere YouTube video proved to be more beneficial than the services offered by these so-called "professionals."
