Kristin Smith was amazing! I would give 50 stars for my experience if it was possible. We are a military family that is relocating to TX and had several moving pieces/concerns. Kristin was professional, patient and caring in how she provided 1st class support to my family and I. Great 1st impression! Blessings

I am new to Conroe and came across this community! Lauren was amazing at making me feel comfortable and answered every question I had! (Which was a lot!) She was thorough and did not try to push me into anything that was unnecessary. I am thankful to have had someone professional as Lauren to guide me with all the information I needed!

Wonderful houses being built. They come in all shapes and sizes. The homes include lighted mirror features, spacious bedrooms and even twin sinks for your kids or adults. Each house I have seen has a guest bathroom or half bath downstairs. The neighbors are friendly as are the construction workers. They work each morning to evening no matter the weather to ensure that the homes are being built efficiently and with the community in mind. They also are not super loud and really do their best not to bother any of the kind people that have already moved in.

Heads up if you are not aware: The internet you get at this community is 200 Mbps for $45/month! I didnt know this prior. They made a deal with the company (Optimum) to supply the lowest speed possible and is charging more than the 300 Mbps plan the company actually provides. Also, if you need better coverage you have to pay full price for more coverage in addition to their $45 fee.
