I recently had the please of experiencing the culinary delights crafted by Ms. Sera, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect!

I have been a loyal customer of HM since the day they opened and continued to be, until the past month. They have been firing the good employees, which is the only reason that I continued to stay loyal. The store has gone through many changes and challenges, but the kindness and care from these employees kept me coming back. I felt a great sense of community there.
The bakery and bakery staff are excellent and make some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. The new quaint middle eastern restaurant in the front of the store is amazing, and the chef is absolutely delightful. These two parts of the store will be the only area that I buy from moving forward, sadly.

My wife and I go to this store regularly. If the owners of this store are making a good profit, I would be surprised. The service has been exceptionally abysmal. None of the employees know where anything is when you ask them. The reason we go there is because it is close to our home. Today, March 28, at about 5:10 pm, I asked a young man about 16 or 17 where the Kendall Jackson wine was, and he gave me the blank look after I asked him 3 times. He said he would send for help. he then went over to a table where apparently a manager, a man in his 50s was on his break with another employee. He was enjoying his break so much he didnt have time to help me. After waiting for at least 6 minutes, I decided to check out with the items I already had. The manager in his 50s finally arrived, and I old him it was too late, I was checking out. The training of the employees appears to be the primary area of concern, and then the indifferent attitude is glaringly apparent. Some of the food selection is good, however there is not nearly enough sugar free food as one would expect from a health foodstore.
