        Someone lives in the women's bathroom and it took 25 minutes to get our food. We did enjoy the food but it took forever and the food was cold, someone came in after us and they got their food first...

        Customer service is really bad. Asked for hot sauce and gave fire sauce. I stopped the car and went inside to have hot sauce. Employee was not happy it seems for asking sauce. Its his duty to ask first. One day did an online order and it says ready and we went to grab our food. We wait for 20 minutes even after told it is ready in the app.
