        I had a disappointing experience at this new place for a haircut. Upon entering, I explained that I just wanted to trim the edges, but the girl didn't even wet my hair before cutting, which seemed odd. She didn't take the time to center part my hair or ensure even cutting. She neglected to frame my hair properly or trim my bangs. To make matters worse, she proceeded to blow dry and straighten my already dry hair. She handed me a mirror to see the back, but the results were far from satisfactory. The next day, I had to visit another salon to fix the mess she made. It was a frustrating experience overall.

      I am very sorry to hear this opinion! These days I've been out of the classroom! And I'm sorry I can't help you since for me the attention given to clients is very important and even more so if it's your first time visiting us! And that you have gone somewhere else to pay again for your service... it doesn't seem fair to me... I can only tell you that you are welcome to give me the opportunity to serve you! And with the professionalism it deserves I apologize! For that unpleasant experience that you nor anyone else deserves..
