Came in for a trailer tire. No appointment made. I explained my situation of time sensitivity to Tristen, and he helped me out as absolutely fast as he could. Highly recommend this location for the quality work and extremely awesome customer service!

Not only do they not live up to their name anymore, but apparently you coming and giving them business is an inconvenience to them. How are you going to charge me for installation of the new tire, And then roll the tire out to my truck and just say there you go???? And then, when I ask, didnt I pay for installation, you say well yeah but its gonna be about an hour???? I definitely know where not to take my truck next time I need tires, these people are ready to price gouge you and then give you absolutely terrible customer service

Went in for a tire repair, fixed the tire but dont believe they balanced it before putting it back on my truck. Asked for all 4 tires to have the pressure checked and adjusted to the recommended psi. Wasnt done. Had to stop at Waxahachie Discount Tire to have my tires rechecked.
