Burger King

I truly like coming to this Burger King, it is a little out of my way but when I'm in Midlothian I try to always stop here. Their service is excellent, the food is always freshly prepared, fried are hot and cheese l crispy and the burgers take me back to my childhood.

Whoever the shift manager (young guy) is that was there at 12:30 pm on March 14th needs intense training on food safety, cross contamination and cleanliness. He handed me my order in drive thru with sopping wet hands which dripped into my order. He also handed me my debit card and receipt both very wet. My order was a mess. Classic wrap that that the chicken was so burnt that I couldnt bite through it and of course no napkins no thank you just turned away with a smirk on his face. Went inside to use the mens room and the floor was greasy like it was mopped with the kitchen mop. Lucky for you I didnt fall I find it odd that this store never replies to any reviews.. that is a sure sign of management and franchise/ Company owned operations that dont care. My next step is to contact BK Corp

The manager took our order. And while there's about 10 people in the dining area about half already had their food when we came in. Got our order completely wrong so I had to go back and reorder all of our missing items and pay more in the long run. He seems to be struggling. Along with that it's been over 15 minutes and our food is nowhere in sight.
