Ive been a customer of Texas Ace going on 2 years now, and the amazing customer service is pretty awesome!!! Ill probably forget some of them, but Brianna, Shelby, Celeste, always go way above and beyond getting me squared away!! Last but definitely not least, Richard my AC tech is 2nd to none OUTSTANDING!!! This gentleman doesnt miss a beat in explaining in detail what hes doing to my unit to run very smoothly and definitely efficiently as well!!! Im pretty blessed and grateful i have such a great company with such an EXCELLENT staff and top notch technician!!! Thank you Texas Ace!!!

Moses and Jordan did our semi-annual furnace and air check today. We always request Moses because he is reliable, honest, and thorough. Today he had Jordan, a new company hire, with him. Jordan was also helpful and personable. We also decided to have an air scrubber installed on our furnace, which should help mitigate our problems. We highly recommend Texas Ace for Heating and Air service. Thank you Texas Ace, and thank you Moses!

We've been customers of Texas Ace since we bought our Pulte Home in 2019 because that's who installed the HVAC system for Pulte. In the 4.5 years, we've had "organic growth" twice, and all Texas Ace has done is overcharge us to clean up the symptoms of the issues and upsell us on a defective UV air purifier. When the air purifier went out with a defective circuit board, they tried charging $375 to change it out. The whole system cost $850! In addition, they tried to charge us $350 to reseal the supply plenum that they opened to diagnose the organic growth and the defective circuit board. AND another $300 to clean the organic growth. So $950 plus tax to clean the second round of growth, seal the plenum they cut open, and replace the defect part this still under warranty. We worked with Marshall, he was condescending and not willing to work with us at all. His subordinate manager, Chris, told us he would take care of us, only for this dirtbag to drop a $950 bill in our laps. If you are looking for a new HVAC company, please save yourself some heartache and keep looking. Texas Ace Heating and Air will screw you the first opportunity they can.
