        Quiet and beautiful. the area has lots of construction for new homes. HOA is hard to get a hold of and it's a 10 min drive to everything. The homes are built fast and you can tell but when there is a problem the builders fix it right away.

        I bought my new DR Horton home December 2022. I did my walk through with promises they would be fixed before move in and they have yet to be done. Since I moved in I have not been able to enjoy my new home due to many issues that keep arising. Everytime, I submit a ticket and the contractors come out they always say nothing is wrong this is the way its supposed to be. My garage door was jerking up and looked like it was about to fall. They didn't do anything either but say it was fine. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from DR Horton and spend your hard earn money. It's not worth the bad customer service and the cheaply made homes. Also my backyard floods everytime it rains. I told the builder and they stated to buy some gutters. Gutters should have been put on in the back upon building the home. I shouldn't have to spend my money on something that should have been done upon building the home. Fence was cracked when I moved in, outlets was put in crooked.
