We love Dentists of Midlo! We left a previous dentist as we had concerns about some of their practices. Staff at Dentists of Midlo are friendly, helpful and really care about the service they provide. They use cutting edge technology and are a one stop shop.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and kind. However, this visit took two hours, which in my personal opinion, is unacceptable. A dentist office should be able to do a thorough exam and cleaning in 45 minutes or less. I probably wont return, as I prefer my dentist visits to be less than an hour, but I greatly appreciated the professionalism and skill offered here. Unfortunately, as they say, aint nobody got time for that.

Dentist office changed my 4 year doctor with new replacement ( are they following DEI hiring new rules? )and it was so painful on the cleaning. Suction hose kept sucking my inner lips wall . Maybe dentist was not that experienced. But ultimately she cleaned really well . No pain no gain.

Had a great experience with this dentist the first time I went. Scheduled my appointment for 6 months later only to have it cancelled by the office 2 days before. The receptionist I spoke to told me they would get back to me with a new appointment times and never did. I called back and asked for a new appointment and they had a cancellation which I immediately took. I never received notification regarding this appointment so I called the morning of and it turns out they had no record of that appointment ever being made. The earliest they could get me in was November. My understanding is that they do not have enough dentists to accommodate the patients they currently have. Very disappointed I will have to find a new dentist now since this office has become unreliable.
