You will be hold for 30 minutes every time but the service, care and price is unbeatable!

This office has horrible communication skills. I cant say for certain where the blame lies, but lets start with the receptionistExpect to be on hold for at least 20-30 minutes & they can not relay a message or loose it. We have called to get medication refills & are told to pick up after 3, get there just to find out they arent ready. Its sad when all you want is someone to help you care for your Pets.

What I like about A to Z is that they do large and unique animals, what I dont love is the wait times on both the phone or in person. Overall though, they do great with our animals and we appreciate them.

I really like this vet!! Its an experience for my dog everytime we go bc of all of the other animals they house on site and they treat. I see all kinds of animals that clients bring in while we wait and they also have rescue bobcats, turkeys, goats, emu, ducks, monkeys, and the reptiles and critters that are brought in while we are there. My dog is super curious and gets to see stuff he wouldnt otherwise get to see probably in his life!
